During the transaction the following means of payment are accepted:

Every order received is carefully assembled, packed and sent to our logistics partner once payment for the wares has been received.

Our merchandise is insured based on the chosen shipping method. As our customer, you do not bear any delivery risk.

Our logistic partner ensures that any ordered merchandise will arrive safely, quickly and comfortably.

We employ experts in order to insure that every order is assembled perfectly. Each order is assembled in a special room at our headquarters which is secured by an alarm system and constantly recorded by high-resolution video cameras. Consequently, we can firmly establish that your order has left our firm in mint condition and in its entirety.

If an order exceeds the maximal shipping weight or the maximal net value per package listed in our shipping method, we reserve the right to ship the order in the appropriate amount of parcels.

Orders through the shop are available if the minimum order value of 100.00€ is exceeded.

Due to organizational reasons, any orders not made at the same time cannot be combined. Every order received will be completed independently from following orders. Separate shipping fees apply to any subsequent orders.
